The rumors and technical data on the new HTC Explorer emerged in recent weeks have confirmed this morning, with the official launch of the smartphone by the Taiwanese manufacturer. The phone promises to be the most cost of the new range of HTC, with a technical file, however, include a 3.2-inch touchscreen HVGA format and 3.0 megapixel camera.
