The court of Dusseldorf has set for Aug. 25 hearing for the appeal presented by Samsung to challenge the blockade of sales in most of Europe ‘of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet from Apple.

Hardly the German court will decide later this month, so we’ll have to wait several weeks for the outcome of the legal battle between Apple and Samsung. Meanwhile, Apple is fighting to get the extension of the block in Holland, in order to prevent the import from the tablet in Europe through this nation.
