Qualcomm Innovation Center has developed Vellamo, a benchmarking tool to evaluate performance mobile Web. Available on Android Market, the benchmarking tool Vellamo allows mobile users to assess what Android device offers the best mobile Web experience.

Vellamo provides a holistic view of systematically measuring the performance of each component browser, delivering results for CPU and memory, scrolling, JavaScript, HTML 5, Canvas rendering speed and network access.
