Gigabyte | Android | Software | Mobile | Smartphones – Gigabyte want a piece of the Android market, after talks with Abobom System and with Taiwanese mobile carrier, Vibo. they will produce handset based on the Android platform.

Gigabyte already manufactures smartphones, just that they’re powered by Windows Mobile, so there’s no doubt that Gigabyte will be able to deliver a phone, though we’ll have to see whether they manage to cut a deal or not.
